Erik Anders Lang's Aberdeenshire Scotland Itinerary

In 2018 we asked Erik Anders Lang and his crew to come to Scotland to film a new series. The Official Unofficial Golf Guide to Scotland became a global hit with over 1.5 million views to date. The guys would go on to play 24 courses in 16 days! Here is part 5 - The north east coast of Aberdeenshire.

Let’s get things moving now to Aberdeenshire on the north east coast where their journey continues in part 5.

DAY 1

Check into Macleod House at Trump International Golf links. Morning tee time at Murcar Links, a lesser known links in the area that should not be missed! Afternoon tee time right next door at Royal Aberdeen which boasts probably the finest front 9 in golf. Dinner that night can only be one place, at Erik’s caddies fish and chip shop called the Garioch just north of Aberdeen.

DAY 2

Tee time at Cruden Bay, this incredible Old Tom Morris course has dunes that go on for miles. After golf, some food and a pint at The Kilmarnock Arms in the village. This is were Bram Stoker got his inspiration for his Dracula books!

DAY 3

Tee time at Trump Aberdeen. You have to see the course to believe it!
