Scotland's Less Obvious Season 2 ep.4 - Portpatrick
Overlooking the North Channel to Ireland, Portpatrick Dunskey enjoys a temperate climate due to the Gulf Stream and is playable all year round. The Dunskey 18-hole, and the Dinvin 9-hole courses, which are a mixure of rolling moorland and seaside heath sit around 150 feet above sea level. Both courses offer spectacular views and on clear days the Isle of Man, Mourne Mountains and Mull of Kintyre can be seen.
Don’t forget when playing the par 4 13th hole to stop and take in the above mentioned views. As far as par 4’s go, it’s perfection!
